High blood pressure or hypertension is a very common condition ? with large numbers of people affected ? many of whom suffer as a result of the side effects of the medication they take.

Although medical treatment for high blood pressure usually involves medication of one sort or another it has been shown that natural health methods such as meditation, self-hypnosis and biofeedback are at least as effective and probably more so in many cases.
